Betty D. Irving named director of Customer Service

Priority Health announces the appointment of Betty D. Irving as director, Customer Service. In this role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing and engaged customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience. She will lead and monitor a best-in-class training program for new hires and employees and implement customer service/experience initiatives that support the corporate customer relationship management strategy and corporate brand.
Prior to joining Priority Health, Irving was assistant vice president of operations at Aon Consulting. She served in various Customer Service leadership roles focused on employee benefits at Hewitt Associates, LLC in Lincolnshire, Ill. during her more than 10 years with the company. She also served two terms as treasurer of the Hewitt Associates Foundation Board. Irving brings over 25 years experience in benefits administration, operations management and call center operations.
Irving earned master’s degrees from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. and from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
