We make it easy to find a doctor near you who accepts your insurance plan. Our online Find a Doctor tool makes it easy to search for available doctors near you.
When it comes to preventive care, we've got you covered. We have a whole list of free services that are designed to help you get and stay healthy. With a Priority Health Medicaid plan, your preventive health care is covered. You never have to worry about getting the services you need to stay your healthiest.
Virtual care is a convenient way to see a doctor for non-emergency care using your smartphone, laptop or tablet for a variety of common illnesses—without having to go to the emergency room or urgent care center. Best of all, it's free for Priority Health Medicaid members.
With a Priority Health Medicaid plan, you won't have to worry about being covered during pregnancy and after your baby arrives. We offer a variety of programs and benefits to our expecting members, including pregnancy dental benefits and the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP).
Whether you're looking to grow your family or prevent pregnancy, Priority Health Medicaid plans have options for you. Medicaid plans include family planning services like doctor visits, medical exams, pregnancy testing, birth control counseling and birth control methods, such as condoms, birth control pills, foams, etc.
If you're ready to quit, we have programs for no-cost smoking cessation coaching and nicotine replacement therapy through the Michigan Tobacco Quitline.
We provide our members with confidential over-the-phone mental health assistance through our mental health help line so you can find out what your plan will cover and how to find counselors or behavioral health care providers who can help.
As a Priority Health member, you can receive routine eye exams. Vision services are provided through EyeMed, which cover lenses and frames.
Dental coverage varies by plan type and your location. If you live in Wayne, Oakland or Macomb counties you’ll have coverage through Healthy Michigan Dental (DenCap.) For all other counties we work with Delta Dental. Both organizations specialize in dental benefits to make sure you have many providers to choose from and access to top quality care. We also offer dental coverage for pregnant mothers.
All of our plans include care management services to help you manage chronic conditions or help with other health conditions. We help coordinate your care so that you can focus on what's important to you. We also have health coaching available for qualifying members.
Need a lift? If you qualify, we'll help you get a ride to your medical appointments or to pick up medicine and supplies covered by your plan. Simply notify us at least three days in advance of when you need assistance. We also have mileage reimbursement options.
You'll have prescription drug coverage with Priority Health. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) works with its health plan partners to create a list of drugs that all Medicaid health plans must cover. This list is called the Michigan Medicaid Common Formulary. Doctors use this when deciding what medications to prescribe.
You'll have coverage for services to get you back to your old self after an illness or injury. Services include physical and occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and psychiatric rehabilitation services in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
